The Value of Franchising with TAKEICHI

A Pioneer of Authentic Toripaitan Ramen

One of TAKEICHI's greatest strengths is its specialization in Toripaitan ramen. Rather than relying on traditional pork-bone broth, the brand prepares a rich chicken-based soup that delivers deep flavor while remaining approachable for a broad range of customers. The official website also highlights that chicken broth generally involves fewer dietary restrictions than pork-based ramen, making the concept suitable for international markets.

Beyond its signature ramen, TAKEICHI continues to develop original menu items inspired by Japanese regional ingredients and innovative recipes, including vegetarian ramen and mazesoba. This commitment to product development allows franchisees to offer customers a menu that combines authenticity with variety while maintaining the brand's distinctive identity.

An International Business Model Designed for Expansion

TAKEICHI has built its business around international growth. The brand already operates restaurants across Japan as well as in Europe, Asia, and Oceania, demonstrating that its concept can be adapted successfully outside Japan. Its overseas expansion reflects a long-term commitment to introducing authentic Japanese ramen to global markets rather than focusing solely on domestic growth.

The company also combines ramen expertise with operational know-how developed through years of restaurant management. Together with its clear corporate philosophy and experience supporting international partners, TAKEICHI offers franchisees an opportunity to introduce a distinctive Japanese ramen concept backed by an established and globally minded brand.

What Customers Are Saying

Excerpt from Tripadvisor reviews

"Highly recommend."
I rarely leave reviews but truly this was delicious and the customer service was spot on. I had the miso ramen and chicken gyozas , highly recommend!

"Excellent food especially ramen and family-friendly service."
There are plenty of ramen shops in Dusseldorf but my best friend in Dusseldorf always came back here. The food was good and with a large party, I sampled a few starter dishes. I love my chicken ramen with thick soup, but most importantly, I want to commend the staffs especially dealing with young children. Given how busy the restaurant is, they are still patient enough with the kids.
